There are an Awful Lot of Hot Tubs Out There
There are an awful lot of hot tubs out there. In fact, you might know a few people who own one. If you have never owned a hot tub before, you might be thinking to yourself if you really need one. Our answer, of course, is yes, but it sounds as though you might need to be convinced. So here are just a few reasons you might want to buy yourself, your family a hot tub this holiday season.
Good Start to the Day
While your neighbors, friends and colleagues start their day with a cup of coffee and a quick look through emails and social statuses on social media platforms, you are soaking in hot, jetted water watching the sun rise to greet a new and wonderful day. Regardless the time of year or weather conditions, the temperature inside your hot tub remains the same and feels like a soothing massage. Your muscles and joints are loosened up and you are ready to start your day on a positive note.
Family Time
You can’t even sit at the table having dinner without kids and spouses thumbing through their smartphones. There was a time when dinner was enjoyed with conversation and perhaps a game of Trivial Pursuit after dessert. But that is just a distant memory. Nothing brings the family together like a good soak in the hot tub. Instead of Facebook updates, texting and Pokemon Go, you will enjoy an actual conversation with your kids about the day they had or what they are planning in the coming weeks.
Research has shown that kids who spend more time with their families enjoy better grades and perform better in school. If you desire to catch up with the loved one in your life, both of you can retire to the hot tub and catch up on the week’s happenings and whatever else you might desire. Truth be told, a hot tub is a better investment than therapy.
No Travel Time
You could schedule an appointment for a massage, but there is a downside with that. You see, you need to fight traffic to get to your massage therapist and then fight traffic, with horns blaring and people yelling, all the way back home. What a lousy way to lose you massage high. Skip the traffic and travel time and simply stroll out to your back yard and sit in your very own hot tub.
Inner Child
Sometimes we just get tired of being an adult. With all the stress and distractions you deal with day in and day out, it’s fine time you did something fun for a change. Lay back in the comfort of your hot tub and jam out to a little Van Halen or other types of music you enjoyed as a teenager. You could also watch a movie that brings back fond memories. You could also simply soak in your hot tub and stare out at the open sky and forget about everything for awhile.
